Architecture is UX Design in the Physical World
Coming from Architecture, I have always been in a creative field that allowed me to sketch, model and design. But most importantly, it gave me the platform to create engaging narratives and become a storyteller through my work.
Architecture has taught me many design fundamentals that I still apply in my design process. From working in early ideation stages to project handovers for development, creating design systems, and producing human-centric designs to name a few. Just like how the UX Designers are Architects, the Software Engineers are the Builders - there's so much in common between both disciplines.

Personal Work
Nest House
I was fortunate enough to help on this amazing project by Studio Bark in 2021, It was the first project I was involved in and it shaped a huge part of my identity as a designer. It taught me how to design sustainably, work collaboratively and to embrace the ambiguity of design and problem-solving through improvisation.
Nest House was also featured on Dezeen - check it out here if you're interested!

Work Experience
Before switching to UX Design, I was an Architectural Designer at Saunders Boston Architects, designing for residential developments. I've worked at various scales, from small builds to masterplan development schemes. From my experience, I have worked on projects as the sole designer and working closely with directors and stakeholders, as well as, problem-solving within a interdisciplinary team and leading certain project tasks. My time also involved assisting with mentorship every summer to facilitate the growth of work experience students.
Below are some of the projects I was involved in!
